Titan vs
the alternatives.
Most vendors in this market will not show you a price without a sales call. We publish ours: $4,500 setup and $1,197/month, flat, unlimited calls. We are also more expensive than most dedicated answering services, and every page below says so before it says anything else.
Each comparison prints the competitor's pricing with the source it came from and the date it was checked, a required section on where that competitor genuinely beats us, and the conditions under which you should buy them instead of us.

Pricing in this table is summarised from each comparison page, which carries the source and the date it was checked. Where a figure is an estimate rather than a vendor-published price, the comparison page labels it as one. Always verify current pricing with the vendor before deciding.
Which AI receptionist and answering-service vendors publish their pricing?
Most do not. Across the 21 vendors compared here, a minority publish a figure you can read without booking a demo — the rest gate it behind a sales call. Each comparison page states which category that vendor falls into, cites the source for any figure it prints, and flags an estimate as an estimate rather than presenting it as the vendor's published price.
Is Titan Pipelines cheaper than these alternatives?
Usually not, and the comparison pages say so in the first paragraph. Always Open is $4,500 setup plus $1,197/month flat. Most dedicated answering services cost less per month for the answering function alone — a shop taking roughly 107 calls a month (25 missed calls a week at 2–3 minutes each) lands around $395–$720 with a per-minute vendor, per the rate cards cited on each page. The case for Titan is scope and billing shape: the same price also covers the website, missed-call text-back, two-way SMS, review automation and estimate follow-up, and it does not rise when call volume spikes. If all you need is a phone answered, a per-minute service is the cheaper buy.
What is the difference between per-minute and flat-rate billing?
Per-minute vendors charge for receptionist talk time against a monthly allowance, with an overage rate beyond it. That means your bill rises exactly when your marketing works and your busy season hits. Flat-rate billing costs the same in a quiet February and a burst-pipe January. Every per-minute vendor has a crossover volume above which flat rate is cheaper — the comparison pages state it where the vendor publishes enough numbers to calculate it.
Do these comparisons say where the competitor wins?
Yes, on every page, as a required section. A comparison that only lists our advantages is a sales page pretending to be a comparison, and it is worth nothing to a buyer actually deciding. Several pages recommend buying the competitor instead under clearly stated conditions.
