Why is your pricing on the page when no one else's is?
Because the shops I work with don't have time for "schedule a demo to learn pricing." If the number is going to scare you off, you should know that before you give me your phone number — and if it's the right number, you should be able to do the math right now. Chiirp, Hatch, Liftify, Podium — all hide pricing. I publish mine. That's a wedge.
What's the setup fee actually cover?
Real one-time work. The SEO site is built from scratch on your domain. Your business phone number is provisioned and routed. Your Google Business Profile gets optimized. Your dashboard is provisioned. For Always Open, your AI receptionist gets trained on your services, pricing, and scheduling rules. The setup fee is the labor that creates the asset; the monthly is the maintenance that keeps it running.
What happens if I cancel?
You walk away with everything I built — the site (your domain stays yours), the phone number (it's registered to you, transfers out), the customer data (CSV export from your dashboard). No exit fee, no data hostage. Most SaaS keeps your data; I don't.
How does the annual prepay work?
Pay the 12 months upfront and the monthly retainer drops 15%. Foundation: $2,009/yr instead of $2,364. Lead Recovery: $5,069/yr instead of $5,964. Always Open: $12,209/yr instead of $14,364. The setup fee is separate and is never discounted. Be clear on the trade: prepaying is a 12-month commitment, so unlike month-to-month it is not cancel-anytime — leaving early means repaying the discount plus an early-termination fee (contract §7A). If you want the freedom to walk at any point, stay on monthly. That flexibility is exactly what the higher monthly price buys.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes — 30 days, on the thing I control. If the system isn't doing what I said it does in the first month, you stop and I refund the monthly fee, and you keep the site and the number (the site stays on your domain, the number stays yours — those are in your name from day one either way). The build itself I don't refund, because it's real hours already spent and you walk away owning it. What I won't guarantee is how many callers say yes — that's your close rate, and anyone promising you a job count is guessing.
Is there a discount for multi-truck shops or franchises?
Multi-truck (3+ trucks) — no, the system scales the same. Franchise — I don't work with franchises (corporate marketing rules block what I'd build). Multi-location independent shops — talk to me, we'll work out a custom number.
