I started Titan Pipelines because I kept watching the same thing happen. A 2-truck plumbing or HVAC shop pays $600 a month to a national vendor for a phone widget and a website nobody updates. Six months in, the owner can't tell you what he's getting for it. He hasn't seen a real invoice from a new lead since the contract started. He's stuck.
Before this, I was building software — voice systems, the kind of code that makes a phone ring and an AI on the other end book a job. I'm not a marketer who learned to fake the tech. I'm the guy who built the AI that answers your phone, wired up the text-back when you miss a call, and writes the SQL that tracks every recovered job. When you talk to me, you talk to the person who built it. There's no account manager between us.
I picked the trades on purpose — plumbing and HVAC specifically. Not because they're hot markets, but because they're markets where the math is honest. A missed call at 11pm is a check that went to the other guy. You don't need me to convince you reviews matter or that Google ranking matters. You already know. What you need is somebody who can build the system that fixes it without you having to hire an office manager or learn a CRM.
So that's the deal. I work with plumbing and HVAC shops. I publish my pricing. I don't lock you into a year. You own everything I build — the site, the domain, the data, the phone scripts. If you want to fire me in month four, you walk away with all of it. That's how I want to be treated when I hire someone, so that's how I run it.
