Will customers know they're talking to AI?

Some will. Most won't — the voice is good enough that the give-aways are subtle. We coach the AI to disclose if asked directly ("are you a real person?") because we don't want to start a relationship with a lie. The customers who do clock it almost never care, because they got their job booked at 11pm without playing phone tag.

What if the AI books a job I can't actually do?

We set hard rules during training — your service area, the kinds of jobs you take, your scheduling buffer, your emergency vs scheduled brackets. The AI works inside those rails. If a customer falls outside (e.g. wants a service you don't offer), the AI says so and offers to take a callback request. You see every booking before it locks.

When does Always Open NOT make sense?
