What it actually costs
over a year, both ways.
Setup fee + 12 months of monthly cost. No hidden line items, no upsells assumed.
Titan — Always Open (full done-for-you bundle)
Dialzara — Business Plus (500 min/mo)
Note: 107 calls a month at 2–3 minutes is 214–321 billed minutes, which outgrows Business Pro's 220-minute cap in a normal month, so Business Plus at $199/mo (500 min) is the honest comparison tier. We are roughly $998/mo more expensive plus $4,500 setup against their $0. Dialzara costs less because it does less: Always Open also carries the website, missed-call text-back, two-way SMS, review automation and estimate follow-up, with no minute meter.
When Dialzara is
the better fit.
If your website already ranks, your reviews are healthy, and the only leak is unanswered calls, Dialzara at $99–$199/mo is a smart, honest, self-serve buy — and its published per-minute pricing means you can model the cost before signing anything. We are the better purchase when several front-office pieces are missing at once: when you would otherwise buy a website from one vendor, review automation from another and answering from a third, one flat done-for-you price for the whole system is the argument. It is a scope decision, not a price one.
Where Dialzara wins
- · Far cheaper entry — $29/mo to start and $199/mo covers 500 minutes, a fraction of our bundle price.
- · Genuinely transparent: published plans, published overage at every tier, no demo wall. That is rarer than it should be in this market.
- · Bilingual out of the box and white-glove setup included on every paid plan.
- · Broad CRM and calendar integrations, plus an AI SMS agent bundled free with any voice plan.
Where we win
vs Dialzara.
Flat and uncapped. Dialzara meters minutes with published overage, so a burst-pipe cold snap — the week the phone rings hardest — is also the largest invoice.
Trade triage, not a general script: burst pipe jumps the queue, slow drain books normally, written for plumbing and HVAC call patterns.
A whole front office at one price: the ranking website, missed-call text-back, two-way SMS, reviews and estimate follow-up — Dialzara is the answering piece only.
Done-for-you. We build, wire and tune it; Dialzara is self-serve, and the tuning is on you.
Don't take my word for it.

Titan Pipelines is new and run by one person — I don't have a wall of client logos, and I won't invent one. Here's what you can verify yourself in the next five minutes.

questions.
Is Dialzara cheaper than Titan?
Much cheaper, yes. A trades shop at typical volume lands on their $99–$199/mo plans against our $1,197/mo, and they charge no setup fee against our $4,500. This page will not argue price. The difference is scope: Dialzara answers calls; Always Open answers calls and ships the ranking website, missed-call text-back, reviews and estimate follow-up around it.
What happens when I go over my Dialzara minutes?
Overage bills per minute at a published rate — $0.48 on Lite down to $0.35 on Elite. Credit where due: they publish it, which many competitors refuse to do. The structural issue is the same as any metered plan: your busiest month is your most expensive month. A flat rate decouples the two.
Does Dialzara book appointments?
Yes — appointment booking, lead qualification and CRM/calendar integrations are included on all tiers, which puts it ahead of several cheap AI answering rivals. What it does not do is the rest of the funnel: no website, no missed-call text-back on the number itself, no review chasing, no estimate follow-up.
Is Dialzara bilingual?
Yes, English and Spanish are included, same as our receptionist. If bilingual answering at the lowest possible price is the whole requirement, Dialzara is a strong pick. If the requirement is bilingual answering plus the booked job plus the front office around it, that is what Always Open is for.
