Should I pick HouseCall Pro OR Titan?
Honest answer: in most cases, both — eventually. They solve different problems. HouseCall Pro is your back office (scheduling, dispatching, invoicing). Titan is your front of funnel (the site that ranks, the missed-call text-back, the review automation). The right question is which one fixes the bigger leak first. If your dispatch board is broken, start with HouseCall. If your phone is ringing into voicemail, start with us.
Does Titan integrate with HouseCall Pro?
Yes — when a lead comes in through our missed-call recovery flow or our review-driven site, the booking can be pushed into HouseCall Pro via our integration platform so your dispatch board has the job. We do not replace HouseCall Pro; we feed it.
Does HouseCall Pro replace what Titan does?
Not really. HouseCall Pro has add-ons for marketing — review collection, text marketing, lead capture forms — but those are side modules, not the core product.
