These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Titan Pipelines LLC, including SMS messaging programs, website services, and AI-powered tools operated on behalf of client businesses. By interacting with any service operated by Titan Pipelines, you agree to these Terms.

1. SMS Messaging Program — Titan Pipelines Client Business Alerts

• Program name: Titan Pipelines Client Business Alerts
• Program description: Titan Pipelines LLC operates transactional SMS programs on behalf of local home-service businesses. Messages include missed call follow-ups and post-service review requests sent from the client business phone number you contacted or whose services you received.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Typically 1 message per missed call and 1 message per completed service. We do not send recurring marketing messages.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Text STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: Text HELP to any message for assistance, or email hello@titanpipelines.com.

• Supported carriers: All major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others.
• Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Services Provided to Client Businesses

Services provided directly to businesses (website design, automation setup, AI tools) are governed by separate written agreements between Titan Pipelines LLC and each client business. These Terms do not modify or supersede any client services agreement.

3. Use of Website

Access to titanpipelines.com and client websites we operate is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use any website for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content through any form or chat widget.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.

4. AI Chat Services

Chat widgets on client websites are powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Responses are generated automatically and are general in nature. They do not constitute professional advice, binding price quotes, or service commitments. For authoritative information, contact the business directly by phone.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Titan Pipelines LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the applicable client business in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted service availability, SMS message deliverability, or specific outcomes. Carrier-level filtering may affect message delivery and is outside our control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to digital services contracts in the United States. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties before pursuing other remedies.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
