Titan Pipelines LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates automation and website services on behalf of local trades businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with those services.
1. Information We Collect
- From callers and customers: Phone numbers collected via Twilio call status webhooks for the purpose of sending automated follow-up SMS on behalf of the client business whose number you contacted.
- From job completion submissions: Customer names and phone numbers submitted by technicians via internal form, used for a one-time review request SMS sent on behalf of the client business.
- From website contact forms: Name, phone number, email address, and message content submitted through contact forms on client websites we operate.
- From AI chat widget interactions: Messages you submit to chat widgets powered by Anthropic's Claude API. These messages are processed to generate a response but are not stored persistently after the session ends.
2. How We Use Information
- Send automated SMS messages (missed call follow-ups, review requests) on behalf of the client business you interacted with.
- Route contact form submissions to the appropriate client business for follow-up.
- Generate AI-powered chat responses on client websites.
- Maintain operational logs for service quality monitoring and billing purposes.
We do not use collected information for advertising, behavioral profiling, or sale to third parties.
3. SMS Messaging and Opt-Out
SMS messages sent through our systems are transactional — they are direct responses to an action you took (a missed call, completed service, or contact form submission). Every SMS we send includes opt-out instructions.
- To stop messages: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
- For help: Reply HELP or email hello@titanpipelines.com.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
No mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information collected through this program will ever be shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with the following service providers, strictly as needed to operate our systems:
- Twilio Inc. — telephony infrastructure provider for SMS delivery and phone number management.
- Anthropic PBC — AI provider processing messages submitted to chat widget interactions.
- Cloudflare Inc. — hosting and infrastructure provider for our websites and APIs.
- Google LLC — logging and operational reporting via Google Sheets integrations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any other third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Data Retention
- Call and SMS logs: Retained for up to 12 months for operational purposes, then deleted.
- Contact form submissions: Forwarded to the relevant client business and not retained beyond 30 days.
- Chat session data: Not stored after the session ends.
6. Security
We implement reasonable technical safeguards including:
- Encrypted transmission via HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit.
- API key isolation in server-side environments — keys are never exposed to the browser.
- Access-controlled logging systems with restricted permissions.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@titanpipelines.com. We will respond within 10 business days.
