01 · Getting Started
Do I need to be tech-savvy?

Not at all. We handle everything. You run your business — your systems work in the background. We give you simple instructions for anything you do manually (mostly: forward your phone, approve the review request template, that kind of thing).

What if I already have a website?

We'll review it. If it's not doing its job (not ranking, not converting, not capturing leads), we'll tell you what's wrong. If it's solid, we focus only on the automations that make your phone ring more. The audit is always free either way.

How fast can you get me live?

For Foundation: site live in 3–5 business days from when we get your business details. For Lead Recovery and Always Open: automations live within 48 hours of the site going live.

Do you work in my state?

Currently onboarding shops in TX, AZ, CO, CA, and FL. If you're outside those, send us a note — we may still be able to help.

02 · Pricing & Contracts
Is there a contract?

No long-term contracts. Monthly retainers are month-to-month. We keep clients by delivering results, not by locking them in.

Any hidden fees?

No. What you see is what you pay. One setup fee, one monthly retainer — that's the whole price. No add-ons, no upsells, no surprise invoices at month six.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?

Yes. You can move between tiers anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What's your refund policy?

If your site isn't live within 5 business days of confirmed details, your first month is free. If your missed-call automation doesn't recover at least one lead in the first 30 days, we extend your retainer free until it does.

I already use Jobber / Housecall Pro. Do I need this?

Yes — and they work together. Jobber and Housecall Pro run jobs: scheduling, invoicing, dispatch. Titan gets the phone to ring and captures the calls you miss. Different problems, complementary tools.

Do you integrate with my CRM?

We send leads via SMS (to your phone), email, and webhook. Webhook means we can push leads into any modern CRM — Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Workiz, you name it. If you have something more exotic, ask.

Where do my leads live?

Every lead is texted and emailed to you in real time, AND stored in your Titan dashboard. You can export to CSV anytime. You own your data — full export, no lock-in.

04 · How It Works
What if a customer doesn't have texting?

Then they just don't get the text. That's rare — 97% of US mobile numbers can receive SMS. The customers who do text back (most of them) become booked jobs you would have lost.

What does the AI receptionist sound like?

Like a real receptionist with a slight delay. We use the best voice tech available (sub-second response, natural cadence, can handle accents and interruptions). Most callers don't realize. We'll show you a recorded sample during the audit.

Can the AI quote prices?

It quotes from a price list you give us — flat rates, service-call fees, after-hours surcharges. It does NOT improvise pricing for complex jobs; for those it books a free estimate and routes to you.

Who do I talk to when something breaks?

Mateo. The owner. There's no SDR layer or support tier. You text the same number that built your site.

How do you handle updates?

Content updates (services, hours, prices, photos) — included, just text us. Major design changes — included monthly within reason. Anything large gets a quote upfront.

What if I want to cancel?

Email or text. Your account closes at the next billing cycle. We give you a full export of your leads, content, and any custom configurations.
